The staff did everything they could to help me be comfortable. Very friendly!

Poorly maintained and not clean, including parking lot.

This hotel is convenient to the highway and a few restaurants. It is not well-maintained by the franchise owner and should only be considered for the desperate traveler who is too weary to care. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Had a few issues with room a/c and lock, but staff took care of problem immediately.

There were a few mechanical problems with the room, but staff was extremely helpful, moved me to a different room right away, and followed up to ensure my replacement room was ok. Very unclean, heater smelled bad.

This establishment is very run down. The bath had hair in it. The faucet had scum around it. They never cleaned my room for the week I was stuck there. I've told my fellow workers about the poor service I�ve received. You should refund peoples money in cases of filthy establishments that you book. ...read more
